About the job Customer Service Executive (Johor, Malaysia)

• Contacts and customer relationship activity are updated in the Salesforce CRM system.
• Contract management and quotation/agreement preparation
• Respond to client questions and requests for relevant information
• Set up a courier or collaborator to collect samples, monitor sample testing, and reporting.
• Plan the delivery of the goods or the sample kit.
• Projects preparing invoices for the accounting team
• When the job is finished, submit the application for an invoice to the account.
• Admin works and assists the sales team by completing out forms, creating reports, and p reparation for meetings, presentations, trade exhibitions, etc.
