Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivery Order preparation for return of repaired /replacement / faulty parts and update to GMS Job Tracker on a timely basis.
• Receive, update and sort service reports from field engineers and service agents.
• Call and recover GMS on loan parts and collection of customer faulty parts for repair or as replacements.
• Attend walk-in customers / dealers handling reception of faulty parts for repair.
• Ad-hoc or additional tasks assigned by Superior.
