Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science, Customer Care, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in laboratory, sampling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute sampling: food, water, swab, and air according to SGS SOPs.
• Perform hygiene audits using specified checklists.
• Ensure correct labeling and documentation of samples.
