Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales administration or sales support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems or similar sales software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Knowledge of the packaging industry or related sales environments is desirable.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the company system.
• Coordinating customer enquiries and directing them to appropriate sales team members.
• Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, quotations, invoices and contracts.
• Liaising between sales, finance and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Managing sales records, tracking sales progress and maintaining organised filing systems.
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars for sales representatives.
• Following up with clients on pending orders and providing status updates.
• Assisting with sales administration tasks including data analysis and report preparation.
• Supporting the coordination of sales events and promotional activities.
• Handling telephone and email communications professionally and efficiently.
