Job summary

Titanium Industries Southeast Asia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive sales professional to promote division products within the assigned territory, supporting Sales Representatives and the Regional Manager while maintaining profit margins.

You will leverage multilingual communication, possess accounting and computer skills, and apply pricing knowledge to drive orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of titanium products and pricing.
• Accounting and computer knowledge required.
• Sales aptitude essential.
• Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin.
• Must communicate with Taiwan and Shanghai teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell division products in the territory aligned with management program.
• Present a positive image to customers.
• Ensure all customer transactions are ethical.
• Recommend sales strategies within territory.
• Obtain meaningful competitive information.
• Communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Use phone for sales prospecting.
• Provide quotations and book orders.
• Enter orders and interact with all branches.
• Maintain productive relationships inside the unit and with other branches.
• Participate in sales training programs.

Sell and promote division products in the assigned sales territory by supporting Sales Representatives and the Regional Manager while maintaining profit margins consistent with the Titanium Industries territorial management program.

• Standard Practices:
  • Sell division products consistent with the accountability statement.
  • Present a positive image with all customers and potential customers.
  • Insure that all customer transactions are totally ethical.
  • Recommend sales strategies within territory.
  • Obtain meaningful competitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management.
  • Utilize the phone for sales prospecting.
  • Provide quotations and book orders.
  • Enter orders and be able to interact with all the branches.
• Customer Relations:
  • Maintain the highest degree of personal and business ethics.
  • Develop and insure a productive working relationship inside the working unit and with other branches.
  • Participate in sales training programs.

Skill Requirements

• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of titanium products and pricing.
  • Must have accounting and computer knowledge.
  • Must have a sales aptitude.
  • A college degree or equivalent is required.
• Communication Skills:
  • Effective telemarketing and verbal talent.
  • Must be able to compose and write professional correspondence.
  • Understand credit procedures.
  • Fluent in Malay, English & Mandarin.
  • Need to communicate with Taiwan and Shanghai team.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Analyze and forecast customer requirements.
  • Be able to identify new customers by finding and using prospect lists.
  • Must be able to recommend and use outside vendors for subcontract work.
• Management Skills:
  • Effective time management.
  • Receive and quote inquiries to satisfy customer and company requirements.
  • Execute pricing, sales strategies, and problem solving techniques.
  • Capable of presenting opportunities to management in a concise manner enabling management to make profitable decision.
