Job summary

CTC Titanium Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work with customers, the sales team and production to keep fulfillment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support or related role.
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with accounting or sales software such as SQL or AutoCount.

Responsibilities

• Track sales orders and coordinate purchases of sales materials.
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, POs, and DOs.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange inventory replenishment.
• Issue job sheets to production for confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
