Kingfa Sci & Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our Penang team. This full-time role provides essential administrative and support to our department, including order processing, invoicing, and liaising with clients to maintain high service levels.

The role requires 1–2 years in delivery administration or customer service, with Fresher welcome. Strong Chinese language skills are mandatory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in delivery administration or customer service
• Fresher are welcome
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese and English
• Fluent in Chinese is a MUST
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsabilités

• Providing administrative support including order processing, invoicing, and customer record maintenance
• Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure high-quality service
• Preparing reports, updating databases, and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Coordinating with logistics team to ensure timely product delivery to customers
• Support day-to-day operations of the Department
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
• Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentation, and shipments arrangement with local forwarders

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Asistant to join our growing team at Kingfa Sci & Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based Penang . will provide crucial administrative and support to our department.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support , including order processing, invoicing, and customer record maintenance

Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure a high level of customer service

Preparing reports, updating databases, and assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

Support day to day operations of the Department

Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local forwarders

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a Delivery administration or customer service role

Fresher are welcome

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

Fluent in Chinese is a MUST

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Familiarity with the client & administration industry would be an advantage
