Job summary

Fraser & Neave (F&N) in Malaysia seeks an HSE professional to lead safety, health, and environmental inspections across manufacturing operations.

You will ensure DOSH/DOE and company SHE compliance, develop risk assessments, deliver training, manage PTW/JSA, monitor contractors, and drive incident investigations with corrective actions while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in OSH, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Registered SHO/OSHC and CEPSWaM certification are mandatory.
• CePIETSO or CeSCI certification is a plus/have advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with DOSH and DOE regulatory requirements.
