Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in customer-facing roles
• 3+ years managing maintenance/subscription renewals in SaaS
• Experience with multi-tier channel ecosystem and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; additional Thai or Bahasa language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renewals for maintenance and subscriptions
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities with customers
• Build trusted advisor relationships and drive adoption of Infoblox solutions
• Collaborate with sales, partners and revenue ops to meet targets
• Conduct Renewal Kickoff and coordinate cross-functional support
• Prepare renewal forecasts and ensure timely bookings
