Pointstar in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support / Coordinator to manage SAAS license renewals and related subscription activities. The role requires handling renewals, license additions, and upgrades while tracking payments and maintaining renewal records.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in sales support (software background preferred), a business diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Netsuite and basic accounting concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales support experience; bonus if previously in a software company.
• Possess a business diploma (Marketing / Communications / IT / Business Administration).
• Good business acumen and communication skills.
• Familiar with Netsuite system (Accounting, CRM, etc.).
• Able to work independently and be a good problem solver.
• Understand basic accounting/payment terms (Revenue, Gross Profit, Profit Margin, GST, accounts receivables, COD, 30Net).

Responsabilités

• Take up all the SAAS license renewals, license adding and license upgrade requests.
• Track customer subscriptions for renewals and follow up on payments from customers.
• Be familiar with customers payment terms & cycles e.g. MNC, government agencies.
• Updating all clients subscription information on the renewal portal (Automated renewal notifying system).
• Any other ad-hoc assignments by your supervisor to support Sales Ops matters.
