Job summary

Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a renewal-focused sales professional to manage key accounts and build long-term relationships. You will qualify renewal opportunities, forecast pipeline, and drive cross-sell and upsell across cloud-based IT solutions.

The role requires 2–3+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse SMBs. Onsite work at KL office with active daily cadence and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years sales experience with a proven track record.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized pitches.
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus.
• Experience selling IT SaaS or similar solutions preferred.
• Strong communication via phone, email, video and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers during renewals, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Turn renewal leads into revenue by filtering through criteria (e.g., BANT).
• Engage with SMBs across industries to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand customers’ license position and lead with cloud-based technologies to secure wins.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (PCM/TCM/CE) to ensure timely renewals.
• Present value propositions and address competitive offerings.
• Use multiple channels (social, digital, video, chat, phone, demos) to reach customers.
• Maintain data hygiene across tools and trackers.
• Meet/exceed targets for net-new revenue and forecast pipeline; sustain high activity (60–90/day).
• Ad hoc tasks; renewal targets for large accounts (> $100K).
