Job summary

Infoblox in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Development Representative to join our APJ team. You will work with sales, partners, revenue ops, technical support and customers to drive the timely renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts across Thailand and Indonesia.

You will engage customers throughout various stages of the lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor and helping them maximize the Infoblox investment while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer insights to identify expansion and upsell opportunities, driving monthly and annual targets.
• Manage end-to-end renewal process including quote generation, validation, auditing, forecasting, and renewals administration.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships promoting adoption and retention of Infoblox solutions.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships by proactively identifying issues and coordinating cross-functional support.
• Collaborate with the sales account team to support strategic accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Use the Renewal Kickoff (RKO) framework to assess customer needs and align solutions with objectives.
• Conduct RKO presentations with stakeholders to validate value and assess refresh requirements.
• Foster collaboration between field sales and customer development teams to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Aim for IQRR of 90% by building customer intimacy and driving renewal bookings.
