Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a delivery rider to support online orders. You will ride or drive to customers, ensure on-time delivery, and handle orders with courtesy, greeting customers and saying thank you at the end of each transaction.

Requirements include at least SPM, a minimum of 1 year in retail or groceries, own transport, and the ability to work in shifts including days off. You must be physically fit and able to report in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online orders to customers on time and in correct quantity.
• Check quality of merchandise on receipt, including temperature control for frozen/chilled items.
• Maintain proper packaging with ice packs and ensure items reach customers in good condition.
• Report any incidents on the road or at customer addresses to a superior.
• Greet customers politely and thank them after each transaction.

Job description

To perform Online delivery to customer when required.

To check quality of each merchandise when receive from picker (including temperature).

To ensure all frozen or chill (temperature critical) items to be deliver within correct temperature, by using sufficient ice pack.

To verify order quantity according to order.

To ride or drive carefully, follows all traffic rules, always remember, that we are Aeon’s representative.

To serve our customer with courteous by greet, proudly introduce our self proudly as AEON employee and say “Thank You” at the end of each transaction.

To deliver all order within stipulated time, in correct quantity and at right quality.

Job Requirement :-

Possess At Least SPM Level.

At Least 1 Years In The Retail/Groceries Environment

Able To Work In Shift Working Hours.

Possess Own Transport (Motorcycle Or Car)

Be physically fit and able to work in a fast pace

Have positive attitude and good time management

Able to work in a team

Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday

Able to report in Written and Verbal Communication.

Able to provide fast response on urgent matters and queries to store personnel.

Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.License and Insurance a. Possesses valid driving license (motorbike or motorcar)b. With regard to Operations (major tasks on daily basis) within Incumbent’s Div / Dept : a. To assist other dept either Online or Offline as per instructed by Superiorb. To report any out of ordinary incidents on the road or at customer’s address immediately to Superiorc. To maintain motorbike condition and cleanliness at all time
