Job summary

AEON Malaysia, a leading retail company, is hiring for a role involving goods receipt, inventory control, and delivery coordination. The position welcomes applicants with PMR/SPM/Certificate or Diploma and requires teamwork, a positive attitude, and 18+ years old status. Driving license D is required; weekend and public holiday work is expected.

Malaysian citizens or PR are eligible. Strong communication and an interest in retail are valued.

Qualifications

• Require at least PMR/ SPM/ Certificate or Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle items carefully.
• Set items neatly and place in safe area.
• Control stock flow between staff and stores.
• Check quantity and quality of received merchandise.
• Ensure smooth delivery to stores and collect supporting material.
• Inspect temperature of trucks and merchandise.
• Update receiving and inventory status in Profit system.
• Prevent merchandise damage and substandard quality delivered to stores.
• Ensure sufficient supporting material for smooth delivery.
• Operate assigned vehicle safely and courteously.

Ensure that each item is received and handled carefully

Ensure items are set neatly and placed in a safe area

Ensuring stuff in and out staff be control well

Responsible for checking quantity and quality of merchandise / non-merchandise received.

Responsible for smooth delivery to all stores and collection of supporting material from stores.

Responsible for inspecting temperature of trucks and merchandise.

Responsible for updating receiving and inventory management status in profit system.

Responsible for to avoid merchandise damage and substandard quality delivered to stores.

Responsible to ensure enough supporting material for smoother delivery to stores.

Operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
