Job summary

You will play a key role in protecting the store image through courteous interactions with customers and suppliers, and oversee receiving to ensure efficient, accurate processing and security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support facilities operation and projects.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and consumption.
• Ensure hygiene rules are followed to ensure safe, fresh and clean merchandise.
• Protect store image through polite and friendly interactions with customers, suppliers or staff.
• Protect store image through efficient, speedy and systematic receiving.
• Work closely with staff to enhance safe, smooth and reliable facilities operation.
• Check abnormalities in facility systems and feedback effectiveness to avoid recurrence.
• Formulate and implement preventive maintenance for reliable, cost-effective operation.
• Provide prompt support and services to internal customers.
• Participate in committees and plan to prevent accidents.
• Enhance cost savings through energy conservation programs.
• Provide correct reports and be responsible for them.
• Follow up on cost reduction and system reliability improvement projects.

• 1. Customer Satisfaction
  • To maintain and support facilities operation & project.
  • Monitor and track preventive maintenance activities and consumption for facilities.
  • Ensure hygiene rules are followed to ensure safe, fresh and clean merchandise.
  • Protect and enhance store’s image through polite and friendly manner when in contact with customers, suppliers or other staff.
  • Protect and enhance store’s image through efficient, speedy and systematic receiving.
• 2. Organization Efficiency
  • To work closely with other staffs to enhance safe, smooth and reliable facilities operation.
  • To check all abnormalities in the facility systems and its feedback system effectiveness to avoid recurrence.
  • To formulate and implement effective preventive maintenance program on facility systems to ensure reliable, stable operation and cost effectiveness.
  • To provide prompt support and services to all internal customers.
• 3. Employee training and Development
  • To participate actively in special committees that may be set up from time to time.
  • Prevent any potential accidents through proper planning on preventive maintenance plan.
  • To enhance cost savings through various energy conservation programmed.
  • Provide correct report and figures and be responsible on it.
  • To follow-up closely on cost reduction and system reliability improvement projects
