Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee store operations, ensure promotions and assets are accurate, and lead the training of the store team. You will manage shift coverage, budget adherence, and the handling of returns, while maintaining safety and security equipment in good condition.

Diploma/Degree holder with 2–3 years in retail operations, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holder in any field with 2–3 years of experience in retail operations management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated. Report any discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure that assets are in good condition and train the team to do the same.
• Participate in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
• Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of the team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
• Returns of goods are processed according to the procedures.

Job Requirements:

Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.

2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.

Computer literacy skill needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team

Able to work on shift, weekend, & public holiday.

Posses own transportation.
