Job summary

AEON Malaysia is looking for a customer-focused retail staff member to engage with shoppers, promote products, and maintain an organized sales floor. You will handle inquiries, assist with promotions, and ensure stock is well displayed and up-to-date across AEON Wellness Big Danau Kota.

Applicants should be bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English, enjoy working in a busy retail environment, and be available for shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Training and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Interest in working in retail sector.
• Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.
• Cheerful and presentable; professional speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and understand customer needs and questions with good service.
• Provide the best service and promote products as needed.
• Prepare sales/promotional area as per layout and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare and provide merchandise to customers.
• Keep counters and perform monthly stock-taking.
• Attend training when required.

Manage and understand customer needs and questions with flying colors.

Provide the best service and wise use a mechanism to promote product promotion.

Prepare sales / promotional area confirmed by the layout, ensure that no garbage / POP box and left behind enough and sufficient.

Prepare and provide merchandise.

Keeping counters for monthly stock-taking.

Attend training when necessary and appropriate.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum SPM and above.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Have a strong interest in working in the retail sector.
• Able to work shifts, overtime, work on weekends and public holidays.
• Cheerful van and was not ashamed.
• Has an interesting personality - smart dress and neat, professional speaking and consulting with customer.
• Able to work at AEON Wellness Big Danau Kota.
