Job summary

KK SUPER MART in Johor, Segamat (Bandar Putra JSBP) is seeking a Full Time Shop Assistant. You will handle goods processing and inventory, keep the store clean, and ensure safety and service excellence for customers.

Suitable candidates hold SPM/ Diploma (Bachelor’s a plus) with 1–3 years of retail experience; leadership and POS skills are preferred, plus flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Own transportation is recommended as KK has served the region since 1992.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store.
• Operate and handle equipment and machines per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations and report to relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold KK Supermart's good image and reputation at all times.
