Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is hiring a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Seremban, Jalan Dato Sheikh Ahmad. The role focuses on receiving, organizing, and returning goods, inventory handling, and maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail with supervisory exposure; SPM or Diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proficiency in POS and basic computer apps, plus own transport, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience, supervisory preferred.
• Education: SPM or Diploma; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Own transportation required.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Super Mart's image and reputation at all times.
