Job summary

KK Super Mart Putrajaya is hiring a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support daily store operations in Presint 8. You will handle stock receipt, merchandising, and customer service, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail experience with leadership responsibilities preferred; SPM or diploma is expected, and a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Proficiency with POS and basic computer apps is important.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Retail experience (minimum 1-3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and manage inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate and handle store equipment per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
