KK SUPER MART in Puchong is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time). You will receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and perform inventory and merchandise handling. Maintain store cleanliness, operate store equipment, ensure safety of assets, deliver courteous service, and report emergencies promptly.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. SPM or Diploma is preferred; 1–3 years retail experience with supervisory exposure is a plus, and own transportation is

Competenze

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.
