Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) KK SUPER MART Reko, Kajang seeks a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, and to perform inventory and merchandise handling with care.

You will maintain store cleanliness, operate POS systems, serve customers professionally, handle emergencies, and uphold the store’s image. SPM/diploma with 1–3 years retail experience preferred; own transport required; evenings/weekends/holidays possible.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience (1–3 years) with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods according to procedure.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all store equipment in line with procedures.
• Ensure the safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold and maintain KK Supermart’s good image and reputation.
