Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a Shop Assistant (Full Time) for KK Super Mart Sepang. You will assist with receiving, recording, inventory, and merchandise handling, while maintaining store cleanliness and customer service. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Applicants should have SPM or equivalent; a Diploma or higher is a plus, with 1–3 years retail experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities. Must have own transportation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience 1–3 years preferred, with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the store.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
