Job summary

KK SUPER MART Melaka is recruiting a Shop Assistant for a full-time role to handle receiving, stock management, and customer service at the bin and register areas.

Ideal candidates hold SPM or diploma, 1–3 years retail experience with supervisory exposure, strong leadership and communication, POS proficiency, and own transport; must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. KK Group, established in 1992, is a regional office solutions provider.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years; supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation.
