Job summary

KK Super Mart in Putrajaya is hiring a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support inventory control, customer service, and store operations. You will receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Role requires SPM/ Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus, with 1–3 years of retail experience and supervisory preference. Strong POS and computer skills, and reliable transport are desired. Shift flexibility is important.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, and handle inventory and merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the store premises.
• Operate and handle all store equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold and maintain KK Supermart's image and reputation.
