Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or service industry.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for store and personal productivity.
• Set goals and hold team accountable for productivity standards.
• Provide leadership through role modeling Service behaviors and standards.
• Resolve customer issues in-store and partner with Store Manager as appropriate.
• Complete daily tasks consistently without impacting service.
• Resolve conflicts with team members promptly and productively.
• Inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Coach and develop team members through training initiatives.
• Develop plans addressing key business issues to achieve desired results.
