Samsonite is seeking a store leadership professional to take ownership of daily operations, drive sales productivity, and coach a team to exceed performance standards. You will resolve customer issues in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 3 years in retail or service and 1 year in a leadership capacity, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook.

Competenze

• 3 years’ experience in retail or service industry.
• 1 year experience in a position of leadership, management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuver sales floor.

• Take ownership, accountability for store and personal productivity
• Contributes to setting goals and holds team accountable for productivity standards
• Provides leadership through role modeling Service behaviors and approach standards
• Ensures customer issues are resolved in the store, and partners with Store Manager as appropriate
• Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service
• Resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner
• Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards
• Utilizes all training initiatives to assist in developing the team and provide Coaching to other team members
• Develop plans to address key business issues, utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
