Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive at Maxis Centre to drive operational excellence and deliver an unmatched customer experience at retail. You will lead the team, manage store performance, and ensure quality and compliance with policies while representing Maxis to create LIKE moments for customers.

The ideal candidate has a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree, at least 4 years in telecommunications or retail, and strong English communication with good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in telecommunications or retail
• Tech savvy with MS Office"
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills; strong English language
• Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage
