• Manage store operations including inventory control, cash handling, and compliance checks.
• Execute sales and service strategies by training staff on product demos and upselling techniques.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, security policies, and audits through daily checklists and briefings.
• Create a customer-centric environment by gathering feedback via surveys and improving NPS.
