Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Possess at least O Level or above.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail POS system.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using our CHARM service model.
• Foster an enjoyable team environment and encourage ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist across departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room.
• Support POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs; maintain cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs.
• Follow Asset Protection policies: shrink prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
