Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• At least SPM/O Level or above.
• 1–2 years experience in retail preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the store service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist across departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, stock room.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with sales-driven techniques in collaboration with Store Management.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
