Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic retail team members in Malaysia, Kelantan, to welcome customers and keep the store running smoothly. You will engage shoppers, manage the POS system, and help with stock and visual presentation to ensure a great store experience.

You will participate in stock replenishment, promotions, pricing, and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. This role requires flexibility for shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotating shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email; able to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and share suggestions and concerns.
• Learn and assist in multiple departments within the store, including consumer service and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales KPIs.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory control procedures.
