Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional experiences and world-class service to our customers daily.

You will educate shoppers about products, drive in-store promotions, and support the store team in achieving company goals with growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves assisting across departments, maintaining visual standards, managing stock, and participating in loyalty programs to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• SPM or O Level or above.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Email; able to use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the CROCS service model.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Learn and assist in departments: consumer service, product knowledge, presentation and stock.
• Support daily store operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example to improve personal sales KPIs through selling techniques.
• Adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures.
