Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for candidates with store leadership potential.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for driving team results.
• Strong written and verbal communication to store teams, operations and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs' service model.
• Coordinate and meet store deadlines with daily activity follow-up.
• Learn and assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
