Job summary

You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations across departments such as service, product knowledge, stock management and visual presentation. The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, preference for candidates with store leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for empowering and driving team results.
• Proven communication skills (written and verbal) with store teams, ops managers, and corporate partners.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the CROCS service model.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment and share ideas and concerns.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily follow-up.
• Learn and assist across departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations including POS use, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and compliance procedures.
