Job summary

Samsonite Group APAC & Middle East is seeking a Retail Manager to lead sales performance across department stores, specialty stores and hypermarkets in Malaysia. The role requires driving KPIs, coaching store teams, and coordinating with franchise partners to maximize promotions and brand standards.

You will monitor market trends, support events, and oversee daily store operations, stock, and visual merchandising while maintaining strong customer service and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail operations experience
• At least 1 year in multi-store retail managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management
• Good team player, flexible, multi-tasking
• Independent and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Operations Manager to drive sales targets across stores
• Drive store performance and achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with franchise partners for promotions and growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Lead and develop Area Supervisors and sales teams
• Oversee daily operations, stock replenishment and VM
