Job summary

Hup Soon Seremban Food Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead daily outlet operations, drive sales targets, and ensure impeccable customer service at our multiple retail locations across Malaysia.

The role demands proactive leadership, supervision of staff across service, cashiering, inventory and admin duties, and ongoing training on product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma, at least 2 years in retail operations, and the ability to read Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder required; retail experience an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in retail operations preferred.
• Able to work retail hours; weekends and public holidays included.
• Mandarin reading/speaking ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure targets are met.
• Supervise staff performance in customer service, cashiering, inventory and admin tasks.
• Train staff on product knowledge and customer service; enforce SOPs and internal controls.
• Maintain product display, merchandising and outlet cleanliness; support ad-hoc tasks.
