Job summary

FIVE TASTES F&B GROUP SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks an experienced Outlets Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple North Malaysia outlets (Perak, Kedah, Perlis). You will ensure service quality, food safety, store standards, and drive sales in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

You will coach outlet teams, conduct visits, monitor costs and performance, and help with recruitment and onboarding while maintaining compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years F&B experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Experience with SOPs and operational systems.
• Familiar with POS, staff scheduling and performance reports.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Malay is an advantage.

The role requires ensuring smooth operations, consistent service and product quality, food safety, strong business performance, and collaboration with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to drive sales and develop outlet teams.
