Pasaraya Ms Hari Sdn Bhd in Chemor, Perak is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead daily store operations. You will supervise staff, oversee inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service while sustaining high store standards and strong sales performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours, including weekends. This is a full-time on-site position at our Chemor outlet.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to hit targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate reorders.
• Operate POS systems with accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
• Enforce policies and health & safety regulations throughout the outlet.
• Support promotions and implement marketing initiatives effectively.
• Report store performance metrics to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance retail skills.
