Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Supervisor, Outlet Operations in Malaysia to oversee daily outlet activities and ensure top-tier customer service and sales performance. You will monitor sales metrics, enforce stock and cash handling procedures, and support promotional initiatives to drive visibility and outcomes.

The role requires a qualification in SPM or F&B, at least one year of related experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in F&B or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and fast-learning with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Flexible to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and monthly sales results to aid business performance.
• Maintain high customer service standards and quality in gift item production.
• Ensure stock management accuracy and proper cash/credit handling with discrepancies resolved.
• Foster a compliant and disciplined team environment adhering to company policies.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing/promotional activities to boost outlet visibility and sales.
• Perform administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
