Hup Soon Seremban Food Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead daily outlet operations, drive sales targets, and ensure impeccable customer service at our multiple retail locations across Malaysia.

The role demands proactive leadership, supervision of staff across service, cashiering, inventory and admin duties, and ongoing training on product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma, at least 2 years in retail operations, and the ability to read Mandarin.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma holder required; retail experience an advantage.

• Mandarin reading/speaking ability is required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our retail outlets at different locations. The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that the outlet is well-organised and monthly sales targets are achieved.

The role involves supervising staff performance across customer service, cashiering, inventory management and administrative functions, while also ensuring proper product display, merchandising and outlet cleanliness.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing training to outlet staff on product knowledge and customer service skills, as well as ensuring compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal control policies.

This is a hands-on retail leadership role suited for candidates who are proactive, independent, result-oriented and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

Outlet Operations

• - Greet customers entering the establishment and ensure a welcoming customer experience.
• - Monitor the outlet's daily operations to ensure they are well-organised.
• - Ensure the outlet achieves its monthly sales targets.
• - Monitor all aspects of outlet operations, including product display, merchandising and cleanliness.

Staff Management

• - Monitor staff performance, including customer service, cashiering, inventory management and other administrative functions.
• - Provide training to outlet staff on product knowledge and customer service skills.
• - Guide and support outlet staff in maintaining good service and operational standards.

SOP & Internal Control

• - Ensure compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• - Ensure employees follow the company's internal control policies.
• - Monitor daily outlet activities to ensure operational procedures are properly followed.

Customer Service & Ad-hoc

• - Maintain good customer service standards throughout daily outlet operations.
• - Address operational matters where required and support the team in delivering a positive customer experience.
• - Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Qualifications

• - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• - Minimum 2 years of working experience, with experience in retail operations being an added advantage.
• - Able to work during retail operating hours, overtime, public holidays and weekends.
• - Proactive and has a strong passion for customer service.
• - Strong leadership skills, highly independent and result-oriented.
• - Ability to speak and read Mandarin.
• - Computer literate with knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
