Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Store Associate to support outlet operations and assist the Store Manager/Executive in Charge. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks, cash management, and driving promotions to boost sales.

You will supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and contribute to merchandising, display, and cleanliness across the outlet. A team-oriented, flexible candidate is preferred with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Malaysian
• Able to work on shifts
• Able to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work at least 3 months

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Contribute towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to set procedures and keep proper operation records
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
