Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operations
• Handle day-to-day store tasks including cash handling, daily reports and promotions
• Supervise staff attendance and briefing
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
• Contribute to outlet sales and sales growth
• Maintain cash records and follow set procedures
• Promote stocks and promotional mechanics to customers
• Address customer inquiries and handle complaints
• Assist with display, merchandising and cleanliness of the outlet
