• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation.
• Handle day-to-day tasks at store (cash handling, daily reports, promotions).
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up).
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement and sales growth.
• Maintain cash accurately per procedures and keep operation records.
• Promote stocks or promotions to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in outlet display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
