Job summary

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operations.

• Supervise staff including attendance, briefing, and follow‑up.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales targets and overall sales growth.
• Maintain cash records according to procedures.
• Actively promote stock and promotional mechanics to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist in all outlet aspects, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
