ACTION TEC SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Manager – Retail Operations to oversee and improve store practices across several outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will develop, document and maintain SOPs, lead teams, review performance against targets and manage stock and reporting.

The role requires at least 5 years in retail operations, experience leading multiple outlets and strong coaching and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead sales teams across multiple outlets with clear operating structures.
Develop and maintain retail SOPs and checklists for opening, closing, and operations.
Set owners, approvals, roll out changes, train teams and audit compliance.
Coach and review sales assistants to handle store operations and customer issues.
Plan rosters, staffing and training with HR for hiring and performance.
Review outlet performance against targets and drive improvement actions.
Visit stores to ensure pricing, presentation and merchandising standards.
Coordinate promotions and visual merchandising with mall management.
Oversee stock replenishment, counts, damage, and discrepancy investigations.
Report results and feedback to leadership with improvement recommendations.
