D&D Food & Beverage Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee several outlets in the region, ensuring consistent service, brand standards, and profitability. The role requires leading branch teams, conducting inspections, and driving growth across locations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-outlet or F&B management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel frequently while maintaining high performance across all outlets.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of management experience, preferably in multi-outlet or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Frequent travel between cities/outlets.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Experience managing multi-branch operations with SOP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets/branches in the assigned region.
• Ensure all locations follow company SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Travel regularly between branches to monitor performance and support teams.
• Conduct scheduled and surprise outlet inspections.
• Ensure each outlet maintains consistent service and operational standards.
• Supervise and guide branch managers and outlet teams.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and profitability.
• Ensure all outlets maintain brand consistency and customer service standards.
