SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will guide the team, ensure stock availability, equipment functionality, and timely reporting while maintaining high service standards.

You will train staff, manage schedules, uphold cleanliness and safety, and drive customer satisfaction through quality food and service. The role requires proactive communication and strong leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading restaurant/food-outlet operations.
• Ability to train and develop staff to maintain service standards.
• Strong stock, reporting, and scheduling capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide team in daily operations.
• Ensure stock, devices, and manpower are available and functional.
• Submit daily closing reports and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through food quality and service.
• Collect and act on customer feedback promptly.
• Review and approve weekly stock and sales data.
• Coordinate weekly schedules and meet deadlines with Area Manager.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure consistent operation across outlets.
