Job summary

Cabbeen Fashion (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple stores. You will drive sales growth, monitor KPIs, and ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, travel between outlets, and hands-on coaching of Store Managers to achieve operational excellence. You will optimize inventory, coordinate new openings/renovations, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing multiple retail stores.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor store performance and KPIs, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate new store openings, renovations, relocations, and other retail projects.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage store operating costs, manpower planning, and productivity.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of company initiatives.
