Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management who has handled multi-stores for at least 3-5 years, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• High drive, result-driven, value, numeric sensitive & agile.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Knowledge in ISO9001 system would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one or more Lim Tayar retail outlets, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.
• Manage, train, and motivate store staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve store goals and maximize profitability.
• Ensure proper inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and minimizing shrinkage or wastage.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and other key metrics for upper management review.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Implement promotional activities and support marketing initiatives in-store.
• Ensure stores adhere to ISO9001 procedures.
